Cancellation Policy
Group Booking Reschedule Policy Need to change your date? No problem! We’re happy to reschedule your group session with at least 48 hours’ notice — no fee, no fuss. Less than 48 hours’ notice? We’ll do our best to move your booking, but a $39 rescheduling fee may apply. Day-of reschedule requests may not be possible due to limited availability and prep already in place. 💡 All group bookings are non-refundable, but fully transferable with proper notice
