🔄 Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change! Here’s how rescheduling works:

✅ Rescheduling with Notice

• Birthday Parties: Must be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance

• Group Bookings (non-birthday): Must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

With proper notice, we’re happy to move your booking to a new available date at no extra cost.

⚠️ Last-Minute Changes

• Birthday Parties rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee

• Group Bookings rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $10 rescheduling fee

• Same-day reschedule requests are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiting your booking

🎨 All bookings are non-refundable, but fully transferable with proper notice.
